Some common Questions and Answers below;
1/ When switching to SmartCast it displays No Signal on screen;
Check that the Chromecast is plugged in correctly and both leads are connected. If either lead is either not plugged in or plugged into the wrong port, the television screen will display No Signal:
- The HDMI Lead should be plugged into the bottom side HDMI Port.
- The USB power lead is plugged into one of the top 2 USB ports for power.
If these are leads both plugged in correctly, check that there is a White Light on the side on Chromecast (if it is orange or flashing it maybe starting up) wait for 30 seconds for it to start up correctly.
