The SMTV television has no power.
Checklist if there is no Red Light showing on the front of the television. If the television has a Red light showing on front it does have power so the check list below will not help. Refer article My TV Wont Turn On.
- Is the power point turned on;
- Is the television power cable plug in;
- Does the power point work with another device such as cell phone charger;
If there is still no power to the television after these checks and the power point is working after testing with another device such as a cell phone charge. Please lodge a support ticket for assistance support@smarttv.freshdesk.com
